Our team will arrange your airport transfer in line with your flight schedule, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free departure. Pickup will be scheduled well in advance, allowing ample time for a comfortable journey to the airport and a relaxed check-in process.

We understand that sometimes life happens and plans can change. Because we make travel arrangements and secure reservations well in advance, all deposits and payments made to Omnipotent Travel & Tours are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel 60 or more days before departure, we'll do our best to transfer your payments to another Omnipotent Travel & Tours trip or a future departure date, when supplier policies allow. Transfer requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a transfer fee.

Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are non-refundable and non-transferable.

For your peace of mind, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to help protect your investment in the event of unexpected illness, emergencies, or other covered circumstances.

1. Are flights included?

Flights are not included in the package. Everything from the moment you land — airport transfers, accommodation, all activities, excursions, transportation, and tour guides — is covered. We can recommend flights based on your departure city and travel dates.

2. What's included in the package?

Your package covers your hotel stay with daily breakfast, round-trip airport transfers, all excursions and activities listed in the itinerary, transportation throughout, and tour guide assistance for all included activities. A full inclusions list is available on this page and in your booking confirmation.

3. What's not included?

Airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, gratuities for guides and drivers, and any meals or expenses not explicitly listed in the itinerary. Lunches are generally not included — your guide will always point you toward nearby options when a meal isn't part of the day's program.

4. Do I need a visa?

U.S. passport holders can obtain a Visa on Arrival in Bali, which is quick and simple at the airport. If this changes, we'll notify you by email ahead of your departure.

5. What are the passport requirements?

Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
